Applications Open: Thursday, Jan 1, 2026 

Applications Close: Sunday, March 1, 2026, 4:00 p.m  

Proof of Enrollment Due: June 10th, 2026

 

Students Notified of Award: Wednesday, April 1, 2026

Students Accept the Scholarship Award no later than Friday April 10, 2026

Scholarship Reception-Sierra Vista: Tuesday, April 21st, 2026, 5:00 p.m. in Sierra Vista (Tentative)

Scholarship Reception-Douglas: Thursday, April 23rd, 2026, 5:00 p.m. in Douglas (Tentative)

Scholarship communications are done via email only. Make sure to check the email address we have on file and your spam/junk mail.

Scholarship awards will be submitted to your university bursar's office by August 1, 2026. Please allow two to three weeks for funds to be deposited into the student account.
