Applications Open: Monday, April 1, 2024 

Applications Close: Monday, June 10, 4:00 p.m.  

Proof of Enrollment Due: Monday, July 15, 2024

 

Students Notified of Award: Tuesday, July 16, 2024

Students Accept the Scholarship Award no later than Monday, July 22, 2024

Scholarship Reception-Douglas: Thursday, August 8, 2024, 5:00 p.m. in Douglas (Tentative)

Scholarship Reception-Sierra Vista: Monday, August 12, 2024, 5:00 p.m. in Sierra Vista (Tentative)

Scholarship communications are done via email only. Make sure to check the email address we have on file and your spam/junk mail.

Scholarship awards will be submitted to your university bursar's office by August 1, 2024. Please allow two to three weeks for funds to be deposited into the student account.
