Education Unidos has provided UA Douglas students with $117,000 in scholarships over the past six years. Forty-one scholarships have been awarded with 100% retention in this program. These scholarships are provided through a partnership with the Mexico government program known as IME Becas, and from funds that have been raised within the Douglas community from businesses and individuals through the Education Unidos Gala.

Sponsorship opportunities are available to support higher educational opportunities in Douglas and a sustainable workforce for the future of Cochise County. Many of the sponsorship levels include a scholarship in the company’s name and additional public relations.

Plan to join neighbors, friends, and business associates on March 23rd to continue our support of UA Douglas students.

For more information the event or on becoming a sponsor please contact the University South Foundation at 520-458-8278 ext 2129.
