Applications will be submitted electronically through the official application portal. Applications not submitted through the portal will not be accepted.

When you enter the portal, you will be able to create an account. After creating an account, you will be asked to complete an eligibility check. If you are eligible, you will proceed to fill out an application form and then upload the required documents.

You do not need to complete the application in one session. You can access your application anytime while the submission window is open and edit it. However, once you submit your application you can no longer make any changes to the application. If you find significant errors or omissions, immediately contact the University South Foundation  so that your application can be released back to you for corrections. 

 

You can review your application by clicking on the Review button. Some questions are ‘required” and designated with an asterisk (*). In other words, you will not be able to complete and submit your application until all required items are completed.

 

When you click on the Review button, your application will be checked for completeness. You will be prompted to enter any missing information on the required questions.
